1) How does the 7 DAY TRIAL work?
Simply sign up and your seven day trial will begin automatically for just $1. To continue after the trial, do nothing – we’ll charge your card at the regual month fee at the end of the trial and your subscription will continue uninterrupted. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel at anytime.
2) When will I get billed?
We offer annual or monthly billing. You billing date is based on the date your paid subscription started.
3) Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You may cancel at any time. You will continue to have access to ForecloseRealEstate.com for the remainder of the period for which you already paid, with no further commitment.
4) What are estate auction?
Estate auctions are conducted by the Public Administrator's office. The Public Administrator's primary job is to administer estates that would otherwise remain un-administered; to protect the decedent's property from loss or theft; make appropriate burial arrangements when no close relative is available to make the decisions; conduct thorough investigations to discover all assets; liquidate assets at public sale and distribute assets to heirs; pay the decedent's bills and taxes; and to find persons entitled to inherit from the estate and to make sure that the legal distributees receive their inheritance.
You need a certified check payable to you equal to 10 percent of the upset (minimum) price in order to bid. Also, you must offer bids in person. These are all-cash transactions that must be settled within 30 days.
